CHEPA seminar presented by Claire de Oliveira, Reader in Health Economics at the Centre for Health Economics and the Hull York Medical School at the University of York.  Topic: "The PSY-SIM model: using real world data to inform mental health care policy."

In this presentation, she will:

- review existing microsimulation models, namely those focused on schizophrenia/psychosis
- understand how microsimulation models can be used to inform mental health policy
- describe a new microsimulation model on psychosis - the PSY-SIM model
- provide an example of how the PSY-SIM model can be used
